All have American Standard training, hold gas fitters licenses, and are EPA certified to handle refrigerant. Steve has 28 years experience in the industry and has Beckett Factory oil burner training, heat–pump certification, Mitsubishi factory training on City-Multi systems and Mitsubishi Advanced Products training. Richard also has extensive training with American Standard and Mitsubishi, and continues to keep up to date with any new training available. Both the technicians can quickly diagnose and service any type of equipment ranging from gas and oil to heat-pumps and electric.
