For installation of new equipment, we honor the manufacturer’s warranty plus 1 year on labor. With the purchase of a S.M.A.R.T. Program Agreement, the labor warranty expands to 5 years on American Standard Equipment to match the manufacture’s parts warranty. This labor warranty extends to 10 years with the purchase of an extended warranty. Duct Work We offer a limited lifetime warranty on all ductwork that we install. Service Our standard service warranty includes 30 days on labor plus the manufacturer’s warranty on parts. American Standard Warranty American Standard heating and air conditioning equipment carries an excellent manufacturer’s warranty, which includes 5 years on most parts, 10 years on the compressor, and a limited lifetime warranty on heat exchangers. 10 year parts and labor warranties are available to be purchased or are included at no cost with qualifiying systems. Mitsubishi Electric Mitsubishi Electric provides a 6 year compressor warranty, and with our Diamond Dealer status, a 2 year parts and labor warranty on their heating and air conditioning equipment.Due to our preferred status with Mitsubishi, we can offer extended warranties at no extra cost to the customer. Heat and Glo A 1 year warranty is offered on Heat and Glo parts. The combustion chamber is covered by a 10 year warranty.We add to that a 1 year labor warranty.
